PHILLIPS: INDEPENDENCE DAY 2022 PARADE PHOTOS - My Northern Wisconsin - 07-04-2022
The Independence Day parade was well-attended in Phillips. Parade watchers looked to the sky hoping the much-needed rain would hold off for an hour or so, which it did. Spectators were able to enjoy the approximately 40-minute parade under dry conditions. Rain started about twenty minutes afterward.
