Price County Sheriff Brian Schmidt has notified the public of an inmate, Rafael D.J. Colon, who is considered a "walk away."
According to the Price County Jail inmate list, Colon was booked on June 7, 2024. His charge was "sentencing on revocation," and his sentence was 360 days in jail.
Under Huber Law work privileges, Colon was released from the Price County Jail on the morning of October 15, 2024, at about 6:32 a.m., according to the timestamp on the photo. Instead, he fled on foot.
"Colon’s last known whereabouts were at the R-Store in the City of Phillips where he cut his ankle monitor off. Colon was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, gray stocking hat, blue jeans, and white shoes. Colon is 23 years old, is approximately 5’4”, has hazel eyes, and short brown hair," according to the Price County Sheriff's Office.
