Memory Cafe is returning to the Ogema Public Library, which is located at W5005 State Highway 86 in the Town of Ogema.

The first session will be held on Thursday, February 24 from 10 to 11 a.m,. and the topic will be "Scents of Yesteryear" according to library director, Mary Hebda.

The Sense of Smell is a powerful reminder of good things. (Yep, and some not so good.)  The smells from the kitchen, those associated with loved ones' cosmetics, barn and workshop smells, or just being outdoors.  Come visit with others while you share your memories and tell your stories for an hour.  Attendees can create a 'make and take' project with lavender or menthol scent.

Attendees are also welcome to join other area residents coming to the Price County nutrition site in the back of the library for a meal.  Call 715-767-5130 for more information or to reserve your meal.

Memory Cafe will continue to take place on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m.  Caregivers are especially invited to join in the fun, music, memories, and create some new memories with folks they know and newfound friends, too.
