The August meeting of the Jump River Valley Historical Society will be held on Tuesday August 6, 2024 at the Catawba Municipal Building with a pot luck lunch at 5:30 p.m. and meeting to follow at 6:00 p.m.

There are only 2 more openings of the museum scheduled for this year, August 10th & 24th.  The museum will open up by request on other days.  We do need more volunteers for the 10th & 24th; at least 3 persons should be in the museum when open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Please make a choice to attend; a decision needs to be made if we will hold the community event in September.
