TWO HOUSE FIRES IN PHILLIPS DURING CHRISTMASTIME - My Northern Wisconsin - 12-28-2023

Just before Christmas, a fire took a house and its contents on South Avon Avenue. The house was a total loss. While it is noted that the owner does have insurance, a GoFundMe page was set up to help with immediate expenses. The GoFundMe page can be accessed at this link.
On Christmas Eve, a fire started on Elk Avenue at a house which is still standing but with visible damage.
If we receive further information about how the community can help these two home owners, we will publish it on this article.
